Job Description
What you'll do at Deel:
- Work with the copywriters and stakeholder partners on ideating, and producing high quality creative campaigns and executions.
- Create branded assets for paid and social media. A knowledge of best practices per various media is a must.
- Analyze the data and results to continuously improve the creative executions
- Help streamline the creative work by creating guidelines, templates, and processes.
Some key qualification:
- A degree in graphic design or similar
- 3+ years of experience working in paid ads and social media (ideally within B2B)
- A great design portfolio that shows a knowledge of graphic design principles, and familiarity with the media drivers' and social media
- An enthusiastic self-starter who not only listens to the directions but who also proposes proactive ideas
- Good knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Good communication skills and fluency in English
Bonus points:
- Motion design, animation, video editing skills
