DesignFiles is an interior design project management software company on a mission to help interior designers and home furnishing retailers take their design services and businesses to new heights. With 5,000+ customers and 20+ team members located all over the world, we're growing quickly and looking for our next driven and talented team member.

We’re looking for a Product/Marketing Designer to join the company to drive product design from the ground level. Ideally you should be in the UTC +2 to +6 range to best collaborate with our engineering team.

What you'll do:

Create intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing user interfaces for our software products, ensuring a seamless and delightful user experience.
Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to understand user needs, translate them into design concepts, and iterate on designs based on user feedback.
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
Help design and maintain a consistent visual identity and brand guidelines across all marketing materials, including website, landing pages, social media graphics, and email campaigns.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling visual assets that effectively communicate our value proposition to our target audience.
Stay up to date with the latest design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve our software and marketing materials.
Contribute to the development of design systems and design patterns to ensure a consistent and scalable user experience across our software products.

What we want from you:

Proven experience as a UI/UX designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar software.
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices, with a keen eye for aesthetics and typography.
Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and gathering actionable insights.
Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and justify design decisions to cross-functional teams.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Passion for interior design, architecture, or related industries is a plus.
