So, what will your new role look like?
You will work on a new Workleap product: AI-powered search engine to help companies make better people decisions and work faster. Within a small cross-functional team of designers and developers, you will work in an environment with light processes, ad hoc meetings, and rapid decisions.
Your responsibility will be to maximize the value of the product features. You will be responsible for both engagement and close collaboration with developers and data scientists. You will accomplish these tasks through defining, planning, prioritizing, and launching the product.
Since it's a brand-new product and we are looking for an expert in the field, we are expecting the Technical Product Manager to be able to chip in into building the solution with the rest of the team.
You will be responsible for:
- Conducting market and industry research to shape the product direction.
- Creating and maintaining a visible, transparent, and clear backlog for everyone.
- Making firm decisions regarding the direction of the team's efforts.
- Identifying opportunities and working with the development and data science teams to realize them.
- Inspecting the deliverables from the development team and guiding them to stay focused on the intended impact.
- Measuring and improving the value delivered by the product features.
- Building a community of early adopter customers who are ready to build the product with us.
Qualifications
- Good understanding of the SDLC;
- Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts;
- Proven product development experience;
- Value-driven approach;
- Innovation skills, particularly in terms of curiosity, agility, and strategy;
- Understanding of the SaaS business domain;
- Skills in leveraging data;
- Technical experience as a developer or data scientist;
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment;
- Experience with search technologies;
- Experience in startups will be considered a bonus.
- Experience with technological tools like Python, Neo4j, MongoDB, Vespa, OpenAI, HuggingFace, FastAPI, will also be considered a bonus.
