Job Description
Weโre looking for a Product Manager to lead the development of our AI strategy and products. The AI team is exploring how to leverage AI and the vast amounts of data flowing through Front to supercharge our clientsโ communication and workflows.
What youโll do:
- Build a compelling strategy and roadmap based on customer needs, market opportunities, and the rapidly shifting landscape of AI
- Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Customer Success, Marketing and Sales to innovate and execute product initiatives across the company
- Rally teams to work together towards a common goal; oversee many moving parts to ensure deliverables are met on time
- Write specs, manage project execution, and define product roll-out strategy
What skills & experience do you need?
- 4+ years of product strategy or product management experience, preferably with AI/ML experience
- Execution-oriented: youโre highly organized; youโre comfortable managing many work streams; you know how to make the right trade-offs; you help teams ship on time
- Technical aptitude: you have experience with technical products
- Strong communicator & storyteller: you can convince executives of your strategy and rally the company around it
- Collaborative and low-ego: you work well with all kinds of personalities; you work well with teams across multiple geographies. You are able to rally multiple teams around your objectives.
- Empathetic: you understand what users need and any issues that your teammates face
- Data-driven: you understand how to leverage data to guide product decisions
- Curious & creative: you are excited to learn about the advancements in AI and ways that it can be applied
- You have clear, structured thinking and excellent communication skills

This is a hybrid role, expected to be in our San Francisco office on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
The target SF base salary range for this full-time position is $160,000 to $195.000 Individual compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, training, and market conditions. At Front, we take a market based approach to pay. In addition to cash compensation (which includes base salary and, where applicable, may include commissions or overtime pay), Fronteers are eligible to receive equity in the company.
