What youโll do at Figma:
- Determine how we improve Figma community profiles to better represent a designerโs identity and accomplishments as well as highlight tools and resources theyโve made for the Figma community.
- Develop and test hypotheses for how our community product offerings can serve the broader design community in a way that drives long-term growth for Figma
- Define a long-term vision for Figmaโs community product offerings
- Collaborate with colleagues in design, research, analytics, and engineering to build new product experiences that are beloved by the design community
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
- 4+ years of experience as a full-time Product Manager
- Experience working with designers or other creative professionals as a customer base, or experience working on community-oriented products
- Experience shipping high-quality software products that made a difference for your customers
- Experience performing customer research to better understand your customers and uncover their true needs
While not required, itโs an added plus if you also have:
- Expertise using Figmaโs products, including community-created resources and plugins

Annual Base Salary Range (SF/NY Hub):
$131,000โ$308,000 USD
