Lime is on the lookout for a Principal Product Manager to join our innovative Rider team. In this pivotal role, you'll be reporting directly to the Head of Product for our Rider team, playing a key role in enhancing and revolutionizing the customer experience through our mobile app and other customer-facing platforms. What You'll Do:
- Lead the development and optimization of Lime's mobile application to enhance rider experience.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, and marketing teams to implement new features.
- Analyze user feedback and market trends to inform product strategy and roadmaps.
- Drive continuous improvement of the rider journey, focusing on usability and satisfaction.
- Manage the entire product lifecycle from conception to launch and post-launch analysis.
- Prioritize product backlog and development efforts to align with business goals.
- Establish and track key performance indicators to measure product success.
- Engage in customer research and incorporate insights into product development
About you:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in product management within a tech or startup environment.
- Proven track record of managing and launching successful consumer-facing products.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.
- Bachelorโs degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in mobile app development and UX/UI design.
- Background in customer service or customer experience enhancement.
- MBA or advanced degree in a related field.
- Prior experience in a fast-paced, scaling startup environment.
The role may require occasional travel to Lime warehouses or other locations for team meetings and product evaluations.
The anticipated salary range for this position is CA$116,000.00 - CA$188,000.00. Equity and benefits may be provided as part of the compensation package, depending on the position offered. Not all candidates will be eligible for the upper end of the salary range. Exact salary will ultimately depend on multiple factors, which may include the successful candidate's skills, experience and other qualifications as well as the candidate's location of residence. In addition to base salary, some roles may be eligible for a variable bonus based on a combination of company performance, employee performance, and management discretion.
