At Coolset, we’re building the all-in-one sustainability management and compliance platform with the goal to accelerate the sustainability transition. Coolset was founded in 2022 and is supported by a remarkable group of early-stage investors & advisors.

We’re a company of 15 ambitious engineers, designers, researchers and commercial talent aged 24 to 35. Originally founded in Amsterdam, we’re now opening a second office in Athens.

We deeply value knowledge equity and we'll be operating as one integrated team while growing the Athens office from our first handful of roles this year to 10+ team members in 2025.

🧢 What you will do

Coolset is growing rapidly, and we're looking for an ambitious individual to strongly influence Coolset’s direction as a product and a brand, and support our product and engineering team. What you will do:

• Scale the product: Work with product and development to crack through our product roadmap. This involves identifying problems based on user feedback and market research, mapping out flows and prototyping solutions for end to end customer experiences.
• Establish the brand: Collaborate with marketing and sales to refine Coolset’s brand and messaging. This includes creating compelling visuals, animations and using no-code (design) products to shape one pagers, ads, emails and more.

🦁 Your profile

• You are fluent in English
• You have proven experience in product design for high-growth B2B SaaS startups
• You have a track record of successfully shaping brand identities
• You have great taste and deeply care about delivering a desirable experience end to end
• You take a hands-on approach and get excited by rapid delivery & implementation cycles
• You are an analytical thinker who is comfortable navigating assumptions and incomplete information
• You are based in Athens, Greece, and excited about the opportunity to build out a local team

👀 Our process

• 30-min video screen - Over Google Meet, we get to know you and answer any questions that you have about the role
• 60-min case interview - You will prepare and work through a case study of a current product challenge we're facing that we discuss in the office
• 2 hour team working session: get to know the team over a working session and a final interview with Konstantinos (our co-founder & CEO)
• ☎️ If successful: An offer within 48 hours to join Coolset
• 🥳🇳🇱 After acceptance, a sponsored onboarding week with the team in Amsterdam
