We are looking for a forward-thinking, dynamic and creative Head of Growth with a deep understanding and hands-on immersion into the NFT scene to support Tropeeβs next stage of growth. The Head of Growth will report into the founding team and then work with the soon-to-be hired CMO. As the Head of Growth at Tropee, you will be a leader accountable for a significant part of our business, and need to be ready for a rewarding journey full of many challenges. Responsibilities
- Think strategically from a NFT-native perspective to implement global growth strategies, managing user acquisition, retention, and funnel optimization through all online channels - including Social, SEO, SEA, Influencers, Paid Social, CRM and Referral partnerships.
- Design, execute and analyze marketing campaigns: identify opportunities, prioritize projects, monitor execution, budget and performance. Collaborate closely with team-members for impactful creatives and messaging.
- Work cross-team to maintain a community-focused direction and find growth opportunities (product, CS, partnership teams etc).
- Lead and manage the growth marketing team, nurture talents and develop your teamβs strengths.
Qualifications
- 5-7+ years experience as a marketing leader.
- Demonstrated track record of delivering on growth metrics, such as web traffic, leads, client conversations, and revenue generation.
- Strong knowledge of web3 and NFT market trends and technology is important.
- Excellent communication skills and problem-solving skills.
- Prior start-up experience is a plus.
- Prior experience in a product-led growth (PLG) model is a plus.
