Polywork’s opportunity feature connects users with opportunities to work on passion projects outside of their 9-5 jobs. It is currently one of our biggest drivers of retention and we are looking for a senior professional to own and scale the program. This role will report directly to the President & COO.

You will:

  • Leverage market trends, competitive research, and internal data to develop a category expansion strategy.
  • Partner with the Head of Growth and Head of Brand & Content on the go-to market plans, positioning, and marketing of each category.
  • Develop and own the internal and external supply and demand acquisition strategy for all prioritized categories including the creation of outreach and demand messaging.
  • Monitor and report on the health of each category and the impact and ROI to the business.
  • Make strategic recommendations to the product team on improvements to be made to the product to drive impact.
  • Determine appropriate resourcing plan to support the growth of the program.

You have:

  • 8+ years of experience in strategy, marketing or operations in a consumer tech company or start up.
  • Strong analytical skills, drive and ability to achieve goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment.
  • Stellar written and verbal communication skills and ability to influence and communicate across all levels of the organization.
  • A fairly deep understanding of multi-channel marketing.
  • Creative thinking skills and are excited by the challenge of building new programs and campaigns from scratch.
  • A collaborative nature and ability to work with and across a variety of business functions.
  • Great organizational and project management skills

Compensation, Benefits, & Perks

  • Base salary range of $150,000 to $170,000 + equity, based on experience and skills.

  • Polywork is 100% remote, but we offer co-working space in NYC.
