Job Description
We are seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to join our growing team. As a UI/UX Designer at Betta, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience and interface of our app. You will work closely with the product and development teams to create intuitive and visually appealing designs that enhance user engagement and satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, business requirements, and product goals.
- Create user-centric designs, including wireframes, prototypes, and mockups, that align with Betta's brand identity.
- Develop and maintain design guidelines and UI patterns for consistency across the app.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
- Work closely with developers to ensure the seamless implementation of designs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve Betta's design and user experience.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to enhance user engagement and retention.
- Provide design support for various marketing and promotional materials when needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered designs.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar software.
- Knowledge of mobile app design principles and responsive design.
- Understanding of user research techniques and usability testing.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- A passion for sports and a deep understanding of the gaming and prediction industry is a plus.
