Job Description
We are seeking a talented Junior Product Designer with a passion for product design and an obsession with customers to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our product design team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience by designing a self-service platform across Twilioโs communication channels, working alongside our product team.
Requirements:
- Can share a portfolio with beautiful, usable, straightforward, and lovable designs that demonstrate technical product thinking and an understanding of user-centered design methodologies.
- Exhibits a strong grasp of the user-centered design methodology, including research, ideation, prototyping, presentation, feedback solicitation, and user testing
- Able to craft high-quality user interfaces and flows in a systematic, detail-oriented way. Ensures the coded implementations are consistent with designs.
- Welcomes feedback and has the ability to provide useful and constructive feedback to peers of all levels.Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Bachelor's degree in UX, Design, HCI, Information Management, Psychology, Anthropology, or equivalent practical experience.
