Job Description
Role overview You will be the first full time designer on the team reporting directly to the SVP of Product. This will be an exciting, high impact role with a lot of potential for growth. You will be expected to wear a wide variety of hats (design and otherwise!) and will need to be comfortable working through ambiguity. If you consider yourself a design generalist who enjoys quickly learning new things then this role is for you! Youโll span the full spectrum of work from specโing the details of components all the way to contributing to our product strategy.
Day to day responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and other departments throughout the full product development lifecycle.
- Help lead and conduct generative and evaluative user research to inform our prioritization and design decisions.
- Create low fidelity concepts and wireframes to help us explore and rapidly iterate on potential solutions.
- Deliver high quality designs and specs to clearly communicate design requirements to the engineering team.
- Help create and maintain our design system and core components to maintain a consistent experience.

Skills & Experience
- 2+ years of experience in a UX or Product Design role, ideally working on a modern web app with an emphasis on responsive design
- Strong proficiency with Figma
- Firsthand experience conducting user research
- Familiarity with accessibility standards and best practices
- Nice to have
- Technical proficiency with HTML, CSS, and frontend frameworks
- Comfortable with analytics tools and basic data analysis
