Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Product Designer who can collaborate effectively with our team of Product Managers and Engineers, working quickly and autonomously to drive forward the design of our products. The ideal candidate will have experience in both B2B and consumer SaaS product design, with a strong focus on user experience and interface design.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and translate them into intuitive and visually appealing designs.
- Utilize tools such as Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and creating design systems to ensure consistent user experiences across web and mobile platforms.
- Collaborate on user flows and information architecture to optimize usability and accessibility.
- Pay meticulous attention to detail, ensuring pixel-perfect designs that meet both aesthetic and functional requirements.
- Design and create visual assets for product launches, including illustrations, iconography, and other graphic elements.
- Prototype and animate interactive elements to enhance user engagement and comprehension.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in product design, preferably with a focus on SaaS products in personal finance, budgeting, task management, or related areas.
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous design work, with an emphasis on web and mobile app design.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, with a deep understanding of design principles and best practices.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and defend design decisions.
- Experience with illustration and graphic design is a plus.
- Previous agency or freelance experience is a bonus.
