As a UX Designer at Yuna, you will be a vital part of our team, playing a key role in shaping our product. If you're looking for a 9-to-5 comfort zone, this is not the position for you. You will be the driving force behind the design of our innovative digital solutions, ensuring they are intuitive, user-friendly, and effective.
- Implement design thinking methodologies to solve complex user experience challenges.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for mobile and web based products.
- Collaborate with product and engineering to ensure we are providing our users with the best experience possible.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the design based on user feedback and analytics.
- Contribute to growth and marketing initiatives through impactful design strategies.
Location: Remote (Can work anywhere in the world, but must be willing to overlap at least 4 hours with PST)

What You Should Bring
- Experience: 5 years in user experience design.
- Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
- Strong understanding of product development and willingness to help troubleshoot, QA, etc. to get a product in our usersโ hands
- Experience owning the end-to-end design of a product
- Soft Skills: Very strong communication, high adaptability, passion for both mental health and AI, ownership experience, and a relentless drive
