Job Description
- RESPONSIBILITIES
- Execute UPshowโs UX/UI design, in all areas of our product
- Work with other designers and cross-functional teams, relying on both qualitative and quantitative data to make informed decisions.
- Collaboratively foster feedback and ideas with all teams, including the Chicago-based Marketing, Sales, Client, and Product teams, as well as the Montevideo-based Technology team
- Contribute to creating new features and offerings for our hospitality, healthcare, fitness, and entertainment clients
- QUALIFICATIONS
Basic Requirements- Design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD
- Design thinking when planning/scoping project work
- Wireframing/prototyping
- A user-centric mindset
- Visual and verbal communication skills
- Cross-functional collaboration
- Preferred Skills & Experience
- 1 year of experience in UX/UI product design
- Good English writing and speaking skills
- taste for conducting user research, usability testing, and incorporating feedback into design iterations.
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with the following is preferred:
- SaaS, startups, marketing/media tech companies, or digital design firms
- Familiarity with front-end development principles and an understanding of technical constraints and opportunities.
- Working with remote teams
